Melissa's Thunder & Lightning opened its doors on Main Street with a simple conviction: the best conversations happen when the coffee is good and the evening hasn't quite arrived.
By morning, we pull espresso and pour pour-overs with the same care Hawkins has come to expect. By night, our bar transforms — cocktails are mixed, glasses are clinked, and the space becomes something warmer, slower, and entirely its own.
